Atlas handles plumbing across single-family, duplex, and small-to-mid multifamily buildings. Most of what we're called for is old LA housing stock, pre-1978 galvanized systems reaching the end of their lives, cast-iron drains that need clearing or replacement, and water heaters on their second decade.
Our in-house crews handle repairs, fixture work, drain clearing and camera inspection, water heater replacement (tanked and tankless), and full copper or PEX repipes on buildings up to twenty units. We carry spare parts for the fittings and valves that fail most often on LA stock, so a single site visit usually finishes the job.
For gas line work and anything else requiring a specialty trade license, we bring in licensed plumbing subcontractors who work under our general contractor's oversight. You still get one invoice, one scheduler, and one number to call.
