Services Description

Atlas Home Pro provides residential and commercial home services throughout the Los Angeles area, including but not limited to:

• Plumbing (drain cleaning, water heater repair, repiping, leak detection)
• HVAC (air conditioning, heating, duct cleaning, thermostat installation)
• Electrical (panel upgrades, EV charger installation, wiring, generators)
• Roofing (repair, replacement, inspections, gutters)
• Painting (interior, exterior, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair)
• Water Damage Restoration (water damage, mold remediation, fire damage)
• Pest Control (general pest control, rodent exclusion, bed bugs)

All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured professionals in the state of California.

Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (213) 275-2210 or through our website contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling, but appointment times may be subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes to your appointment are necessary.

Pricing and Payment

• Estimates: We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are non-binding and intended to give you a general idea of costs. Final pricing is determined at the time of service based on actual conditions and scope of work.
• Upfront Pricing: Before beginning work, our technician will present the final price for your approval. Work will not begin without your authorization.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
• Promotional Offers: Special offers and promotions are subject to their stated terms and conditions, including availability and expiration dates.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service calls are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched.

Warranty and Guarantee

Atlas Home Pro stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type:

• All labor is warranted for a minimum of 90 days from the date of service completion.
• Parts and equipment warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers and will be communicated at the time of installation.
• Warranty claims should be reported promptly by calling (213) 275-2210.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Atlas Home Pro's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
